Tranzit3 is a freight forwarder: we organise international shipments from Europe, Asia and the USA to Russia and Belarus and take responsibility for the cargo under a forwarding contract. Below is everything we do, with indicative prices.

The cheapest option for volume: groupage from €200 per package or €500 per euro pallet, 20–35 days door to door including customs.
Road freight
When time matters: groupage from Warsaw to Moscow in 4–7 days, or a dedicated truck from any EU city from €4,500.

We build the scheme, not just the route
For most shipments to Russia the question is not simply “from A to B”. It is which warehouse consolidates the goods, who files the export declaration in the EU, how many transhipments there will be, where the import declaration is lodged and which permits are needed before loading. That is why every quote starts with an analysis of the goods and the route rather than with a price list.
Everything runs under one contract: transport, forwarding, customs clearance and related services are handled by one responsible manager. Shipment status is visible online and sent by messenger. We do not carry weapons, narcotics, goods banned from import into Russia or goods subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions, and we do not clear personal effects of private individuals.
Frequently asked questions about our services
How are your services priced?
By packages, pallets and trips: groupage from €200 per package or €500 per euro pallet, a dedicated truck per trip (Warsaw → Moscow from €4,500). We do not quote per kilogram or per cubic metre. The minimum service fee is €200.
Can I order only an EX1 without transport?
Yes. We file the EU export declaration remotely in any EU country from €450, including monitoring of the closure at the border. With our cargo via Rotterdam it costs €150.
Are you a carrier or a forwarder?
We are a freight forwarder: we organise the whole shipment and are responsible for it under a forwarding contract, using vetted carriers on each leg of the route.
What shipments do you accept?
Commercial shipments from 50 kg (air freight without a weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200. We work only with companies and sole traders.
