Export packaging — and repacking of goods
We prepare goods for transport and customs: reinforced packaging, palletising, stretch wrapping, ISPM 15 crates and labelling — at our EU warehouses, before the goods leave the EU.
So the goods arrive intact
Proper packaging reduces the risk of damage in transit and speeds up customs inspection. At our warehouses we prepare goods for the journey: palletise, secure with stretch film, crate where needed and reinforce the packaging of fragile items.
We apply transport and customs markings and repack to the requirements of the carrier and the consignee. For products that must carry Russian-language labels or Chestny ZNAK codes, this is done before the goods leave the EU — so your production line does not need a special Russia version of the packaging.

How it works
- 1Receiving at the warehouse
Goods are weighed, measured and photographed; the condition of your packaging is recorded. - 2Packaging decision
We match packaging to the mode: moisture protection for sea, load securing for road, minimum volume for air. - 3Work and labelling
Packing, handling marks, labels and marking codes; the packing list is updated to actual figures. - ✓Dispatch
The new weight and volume go into the documents and the rate — no surprises at customs.
Packaging: supplier FAQ
Where is the packaging and repacking done?
At our consolidation warehouses in Europe — Warsaw, Vilnius and Rotterdam — before the goods leave the EU: palletising, IPPC-stamped crates, repacking, marking codes and Russian-language labels.
Is the IPPC stamp on wooden packaging mandatory?
Yes: wooden packaging without the ISPM 15 stamp is held at the border and sent for fumigation or back. All our crates are made from treated, stamped timber.
Can you apply Chestny ZNAK codes at your warehouse?
Yes: your Russian customer orders the codes in the system, we print and apply them to every unit before the goods leave the EU — unlabelled goods cannot be imported.
Who is responsible if the original packaging was poor?
We record the condition on receipt with photos; if we repack, the safety of the goods from then on is our responsibility and covered by insurance.
Do I need to prepare special export packaging myself?
No. Ship in your standard packaging; we adapt it for the mode of transport and the Russian market at our warehouse.
