Warehousing in the EU — for shipments to Russia
We store goods at our EU warehouses from 1 day, with zone-based inventory control and full liability — while your customer’s order is completed or documents are finalised.
Storage while the order is completed
Safekeeping storage is for when the goods are already at our warehouse but it is too early to ship: your customer is waiting for other suppliers’ deliveries, for documents to be agreed or for a convenient date. We store the goods with full liability.
Every cargo place is recorded by zone and inventories are carried out regularly. You and your customer know at any time what is stored and where.
For a supplier this means you can release goods as soon as they are produced: deliver to our warehouse, hand over your invoice, and the goods wait there safely until the whole order is ready to leave the EU.

Where are your warehouses in Europe?
In Warsaw, Vilnius and Rotterdam: receiving with photos and weighing, storage until the order is complete, repacking and labelling before the goods leave the EU.
How much does storage cost while an order is completed?
If the goods then ship to Russia with us, storage is included in the delivery price. If goods are only stored or collected by another carrier, storage is invoiced separately.
Can goods from several suppliers be combined?
Yes, that is the main scenario: suppliers deliver on different days, we receive and record each place, then ship everything as one consignment with a single set of documents.
Can goods be repacked or labelled during storage?
Yes: at the same warehouses we palletise, crate, repack, apply Russian-language labels and Chestny ZNAK codes before the goods leave the EU.
Do you store any goods?
Only commercial goods that are not subject to EU sanctions; HS codes and parties are screened before receiving.
