What to include in your request
Route
Where to collect and where to deliver. City and country are enough; the exact address can follow later.
Packages
Length, width and height of each package in centimetres, and the gross weight. They determine the loading metres and the rate.
The goods
A description of the goods and the HS code if you know it. It determines the duties and whether the goods can be shipped at all.
Delivery terms
Incoterms (EXW, FCA, DAP) — who is responsible for the goods and up to which point. If you are unsure, just say so and we will advise.
Documents
Invoice and packing list, if available, plus your EORI number — this lets us prepare the EX1 straight away.
Readiness date
When the goods can be collected, so that we can match them to the next groupage departure.

We send the rate, transit time, the next departure date and the list of documents. The price is held for 14 days. - 3Collection
We collect the goods from the supplier, open the EX1 where required and, if the buyer wishes, arrange payment of the supplier through an EU partner. - 4Customs and delivery
We clear the goods in Russia and deliver them to the consignee. The status is visible online and sent by messenger.

Frequently asked questions about requests
What data do you need for an exact quote?
The pickup address (or the supplier’s name), the delivery address, the number of packages with the dimensions of each in centimetres, the gross weight and a description of the goods. The loading metres calculated from the dimensions — not only the weight — determine the rate for groupage and trucks.
What if I do not have the dimensions yet?
Send the request anyway and describe the goods and the route in words. The manager will ask you or the supplier for the missing details and send a quote; we can give an indicative price range straight away.
How long will I wait for an answer?
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–19:00 Moscow time) the first reply comes within 30 minutes and the quote within 2 hours. Requests sent in the evening or at the weekend are handled the next business morning.
Does the request commit me to anything?
No. The quote is free and non-binding: it is a commercial offer with a price and transit time, and the decision is yours.
Can I request a quote as the supplier rather than the buyer?
Yes. Either party can send the request; we will agree with you and your customer who books and pays for the transport.
