About Tranzit3
A Russian freight forwarder that moves European goods to buyers in Russia and Belarus — with its own consolidation warehouses in the EU and its own customs team.
Who we are
Tranzit3 is a Russian logistics operator and international freight forwarder. The team has been organising deliveries to Russia from Europe, Asia and the USA since 2018; the legal entity, Cargov Logistics LLC (ООО «Каргов Лоджистикс», INN 5906181468, OGRN 1245900014007), was registered in 2024. We work with businesses: manufacturers, distributors, retailers and marketplace sellers — from a single pallet to regular container flows.
The core of our service is our own consolidation warehouses in Rotterdam, Warsaw and Vilnius and weekly groupage departures: goods from different suppliers are combined into one consignment with one set of documents and one customs declaration. Full containers, full trucks and air freight complete the picture for large and urgent shipments.
Customs clearance is handled by our own team of customs representatives: HS classification, duty calculation, certification and declarations. Over the years we have lodged more than 5,000 declarations without penalties, and 98.4% of consignments have been delivered within the promised time.
Warehouses and corridors
Rotterdam
Warehouse in the port: weekly groupage containers to St Petersburg, 20–35 days door to door. EX1 filed on site for €150 with our cargo.
Warsaw
Consolidation warehouse for road groupage: a truck every week after the Friday cut-off, 4–7 days to Moscow.
Vilnius
The EU warehouse closest to the border for non-sanctioned groupage; intake every day, 5–10 days to Moscow.

Compliance
We only handle goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. HS codes and all parties are screened before the export declaration is filed, and sanctioned or dual-use goods are not carried on any of our corridors.
How we work with suppliers

We receive a description of the goods, weights, volumes and addresses and calculate two or three route options, with the rate fixed for 14 days. - 02Contract and documents
One forwarding contract covers all services. We check the invoice before shipment and advise on the Incoterms and certification requirements. - 03Collection and consolidation
We collect the goods from you, receive them at our warehouse against the packing list, weigh, measure and photograph them and repack if necessary. - 04Export, transport and customs
Export clearance, transit, advance information and an import declaration lodged before the goods arrive. Each stage is reported online and by notification. - 05Delivery and documents
Delivery to the consignee’s warehouse, signed transport documents, proof of exit for you and the released declaration for your customer.
