Minimum service fee: €200
We work only with businesses: shipments from 50 kg (air freight without a weight limit) and a minimum service fee of €200. Customs clearance and insurance are shown as separate lines in the quote.
Contract and payment
We work under a freight forwarding contract with Cargov Logistics LLC (INN 5906181468, OGRN 1245900014007). The rate, route and scope of services are fixed in an annex to the contract before the vehicle is dispatched, so the price does not change in transit. A sample contract is available on request.
The rates on this page are for information only, apply to standard transport conditions and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The final price depends on the cargo, the route, exchange rates and current freight rates, and is fixed in the invoice and the order.

What does the final price depend on?
The weight and volume of the goods (volumetric weight for light cargo), the mode of transport, the route, the Incoterms, the duty and VAT rate for the HS code, and additional services such as insurance, collection or supplier payment.
Is customs included?
Transport rates are indicative door-to-door rates. Russian customs clearance (declaration, duty and VAT) is calculated separately from the HS code and the customs value and shown in the same quote.
Is the price final?
The rates shown are “from” prices. We send a fixed price based on current tariffs within 2 business hours of your request — free of charge and without obligation.
How much does an EX1 cost?
€150 when your goods travel with us via our Rotterdam warehouse; from €450 when we file it remotely in another EU country without our transport.
