Our own warehouse in Warsaw
Our 1,500 m² warehouse in Warsaw sits in the centre of the EU — a convenient consolidation point for goods from Germany, Czechia, Austria and the whole of Western Europe. We receive goods from you and other suppliers of your Russian customer, combine them into one consignment and ship to Russia.
The groupage closes every Friday. Storage is included when the goods ship with us; repacking and labelling are done on site. From Warsaw to Moscow, groupage costs from €850 per 3 pallets and takes 4–7 days.
For a supplier, delivery to Warsaw is a short domestic or intra-EU delivery. We open the EX1 at the warehouse in your name or in the name of our EU partner company, so you receive proof of export without dealing with customs yourself.

Why ship via Poland?
Poland is the EU country closest to the EAEU border with a dense warehouse network: our Warsaw warehouse consolidates groupage from all of Central and Southern Europe, and a truck crosses the Polish–Belarusian border every week. It is the fastest groupage corridor to Moscow.
What is the minimum shipment?
From 50 kg or one pallet. The rate is based on weight or volume, whichever is greater (1 m³ = 250 kg).
How long can goods stay at the warehouse?
Storage until departure is included when the goods ship with us — including while waiting for documents, payment or the rest of the order. If goods are collected without shipping with us, storage is invoiced separately.
Can goods from several suppliers be combined?
Yes, that is the warehouse’s main job: consignments from different suppliers are received under one order, repacked and dispatched as one shipment with a single set of documents.
Who handles the EU export?
We do: the EX1 is opened at the warehouse in the name of the exporter or our partner company in the EU, and we monitor closure at the border. You receive the MRN and proof of export.
