Our own warehouse in Vilnius
Our 2,000 m² warehouse in Vilnius is a consolidation point for goods from all EU countries — especially Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Finland and the Baltics. As a supplier, you ship to our address (or we collect from you); we receive, check, repack if needed and combine your goods with the rest of your Russian customer’s order into one consignment for Russia.
The groupage closes every Friday. Storage is included in the service when the goods ship with us — convenient when your customer buys from several suppliers who deliver at different times. If goods are collected from the warehouse without shipping with us, storage is invoiced separately.
For you, delivering to our Vilnius warehouse is a short intra-EU delivery: your obligations can end at our gate, and we take over the export and onward transport.

The Vilnius warehouse is the collection point for Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Finland and the Baltics: documented groupage from Vilnius to Moscow takes 5–10 days and is for non-sanctioned goods only; the export declaration is opened remotely.
How much does Vilnius to Moscow cost?
Documented groupage from €300 per pallet, a dedicated truck from €4,500 per trip, all-in cargo from €3 per kg (5–7 days, complex cargo 3–5 weeks). Minimum service fee €200.
What is the minimum shipment?
From 50 kg or one pallet.
Is storage charged?
Not when the goods ship with us: storage until departure is included, including while an order from several suppliers is being completed. If goods are collected without shipping with us, storage is invoiced separately.
Can goods from several suppliers be combined?
Yes, that is the warehouse’s main job: consignments from different suppliers are received under one order, repacked and dispatched as one shipment with a single set of documents.
Who handles the EU export?
We do, remotely: Lithuanian customs is the strictest in the EU, so we open the EX1 through an agent in the country of dispatch (from €450) and monitor its closure at exit. The Vilnius corridor is for non-sanctioned goods only; HS codes and parties are screened in advance.
