LTL road freight to Russia — groupage from Europe via Poland
Part loads from your warehouse to your customer in Russia: your buyer pays only for the space used. Weekly departures, EX1 handled by us, Warsaw to Moscow in 4–7 days.
Why road groupage runs through Poland
Poland is the key transit hub for road freight between the EU and Russia. We run our own consolidation warehouse in Warsaw and work with proven carriers on Europe → Russia lanes. Weekly departures make even small consignments affordable — from €850 for 3 pallets from Warsaw to Moscow.
LTL (Less than Truck Load) is groupage: your goods travel with other exporters’ cargo, and your customer pays only for the loading metres (LDM) actually used. Ideal for consignments of 100 to 5,000 kg.
For you as the supplier, the job ends when the goods leave your dock: we collect, consolidate, open the EX1 export declaration if you sell EXW, and deliver to your Russian customer with import clearance done.

LTL road freight: supplier FAQ
What is LTL and how does it differ from FTL?
LTL is groupage: your goods occupy part of the truck, and only their places are paid for. FTL is a dedicated truck for one shipment, priced per trip. Once a consignment reaches about half a trailer, it is worth comparing both rates.
What is the minimum shipment?
We handle wholesale commercial shipments from 50 kg — for example, one pallet. The minimum service fee is €200. We do not carry personal parcels or retail purchases.
How is groupage priced?
By places and pallets, taking into account the trailer length used (LDM) and weight. There are no per-kilo rates: the same pallet costs the same as long as it is within the permitted weight.
Is an EX1 export declaration needed for groupage?
Yes — goods leaving the EU must be declared for export. If you sell EXW and do not open the EX1 yourself, we open it when the goods leave the warehouse, and you receive the MRN for your VAT records.
Who pays for the transport?
Usually your Russian customer, who contracts with us directly. You simply release the goods at your dock with an invoice and a packing list.
