Logistics within the EU — transport, warehousing and export documents
We move goods between EU countries, store and handle them in Poland, Lithuania and Estonia, and issue EX1 and T1 through partner companies in Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria. Sell within the EU — we take care of the export.
What we do inside the European Union
Much of the work in an export to Russia happens before the goods leave the EU: collecting from a supplier in Italy and trucking to a warehouse in Poland, storing while an order is completed, repacking and labelling, receiving goods on behalf of a European entity, and opening the export declaration. For this we have partner companies in Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria — EU residents with EORI numbers that can act as consignee, exporter and payer.
The service is used by three kinds of clients: European suppliers who sell EXW and do not want to deal with export formalities themselves; Russian importers who need consolidation and preparation of goods in the EU; and groups with their own European entity that need regular logistics between EU countries.
For a supplier the benefit is simple: you can deliver to an EU address and invoice an EU company, and the export side — EX1, border closure, transport onward — is handled by us.
What EU logistics includes
Transport between EU countries
Pallet delivery, LTL groupage and FTL from any EU country to a consolidation warehouse or to a consignee in the EU. Germany → Poland in 1–2 days, Italy → Lithuania in 3–4.
Warehousing and handling
Receiving with quantity check and photos, storage, repacking, palletising, Chestny ZNAK codes and Russian-language labels before the goods leave the EU.
EX1, T1 and EORI
Export declaration in the name of an EU-resident partner, T1 transit for third-country goods, monitoring of MRN closure at the border.
EU consignee for your invoice
Our partner company in the EU can be the consignee on your invoice: you ship within the EU without exporting, and we handle the export.
Getting paid in euros
Your invoice is paid in euros by our partner in Estonia, Poland or Bulgaria under an agency agreement with the Russian buyer — 1–3 days.
Onward to Russia or third countries
From the EU warehouse the goods travel by road via Poland or Lithuania, by sea via Rotterdam, by air — or to Kazakhstan, Belarus or Turkey.

How we work
- 1Enquiry and product screening
We check HS codes against EU sanctions lists and screen the parties: our partners handle only goods that may lawfully be exported. - 2Contract and payment
Contract with the Russian buyer or directly with our EU partner; where needed, your invoice is paid by the partner. - 3Collection and warehouse
We collect from your site, receive the goods with photos and weighing, handle and label them. - 4Documents
EX1 or T1 in the partner’s name, actual packing list, CMR. - ✓Dispatch
Within the EU — to the consignee; to Russia — by road, sea or air with customs clearance.
What the price depends on
- ✓Distance and pick-up country within the EU, number of pallets or LDM
- ✓Storage: duration and volume, repacking and labelling operations
- ✓Export formalities: number of lines in the EX1, whether a T1 is needed
- ✓Receiving on behalf of the partner and payment of your invoice: amount and currency
- ✓Onward route: groupage, dedicated truck, sea or air
Sanctions and compliance
We only handle goods that are not subject to EU (or UK, Swiss or US) sanctions and never carry sanctioned or dual-use items on any corridor. HS codes and all parties are screened before we accept cargo. We do help classify goods correctly under TARIC: many items are wrongly assumed to be dual-use, and the correct code backed by a technical description often settles the question before shipment.
EU logistics: supplier FAQ
Can I book transport within the EU only, without delivery to Russia?
Yes. Transport between EU countries, warehousing and documentation are available as a stand-alone service — for example for a European group entity or for delivery to a marketplace warehouse in the EU.
Who will be the consignee on my documents?
Your choice: the Russian buyer (with export from the EU straight away) or our partner company in Estonia, Poland or Bulgaria — then you ship within the EU, and we handle the export.
How do I get paid through the partner?
The partner pays your invoice in euros within 1–3 days. It needs your invoice, the contract or order, and confirmation that the goods are not subject to EU sanctions.
Where are the warehouses?
Warsaw (Poland), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Narva (Estonia) near the Russian border. For southern Europe our Bulgarian partner collects across the Balkans, Greece and Romania.
How much do storage and handling cost?
Warehouse rates depend on volume and duration; repacking and labelling are charged per operation. We give an estimate for your shipment within 2 hours.
Can goods go from the EU to Kazakhstan or Belarus instead of Russia?
Yes: trucks leave our warehouses in Poland and Lithuania for Belarus and Kazakhstan regularly, with clearance under EAEU rules.
