All-inclusive cargo delivery — from China and Europe to Russia
Consolidated door-to-door delivery at an all-in rate per kilo: from China by road in 17 days, from Europe via Belarus in 5–7 days. Here is how it differs from a fully documented import.
What “cargo” delivery is and how it differs from documented import
In the Russian market, “cargo” means consolidated door-to-door delivery at an all-in rate: the carrier combines consignments from many customers into one flow and takes care of the whole journey. The Russian buyer receives the goods at a warehouse in Russia without handling any customs paperwork for their own consignment.
A documented (“white”) import works differently: the goods are declared in the buyer’s name, the buyer pays duty and VAT and receives an import declaration, VAT invoices and certificates. It costs more and takes longer at the start, but gives a complete paper trail for the goods.
We offer both and calculate both options on the buyer’s landed cost rather than pushing one of them. The price gap is often smaller than it looks once risks and the lost VAT deduction are taken into account. If your customer asks you about cargo, this page explains what it is.

Why the rate here is per kilogram
For documented shipments we price by cargo places and per trip: groupage from €200 per place, a euro-pallet from €500, a dedicated truck per trip. There are no per-kilo rates there — a fundamental difference in how the price is built.
Cargo works differently: the carrier handles the whole journey in one flow, and the rate is per kilogram — $2–3 per kg from China, €5–7 per kg from Europe. Where the exact figure falls within the range depends on cargo density, consignment size and product category.
The minimum service fee is €200, as on all our routes. Cargo insurance is 0.3% of the declared value.

By road, consolidated at a warehouse in China. Suitable for small and medium consignments of consumer goods.
Europe — Russia, 5–7 days
Via the Republic of Belarus. Our fastest cargo route: a short leg and minimal transhipment.
Mixed consignments
Goods from several suppliers travel in one flow — no need to wait until a full truck is filled.
Insurance
Cargo is insured from 0.3% of the declared value, as on documented routes.
What cargo does NOT provide — plainly
With cargo, the buyer does not receive an import declaration for their consignment, VAT invoices or certificates issued to their company. All customs costs are built into the rate, and the buyer cannot reclaim VAT.
That is why cargo is not suitable for sellers on Wildberries and Ozon or for anyone who may be asked for documents on the goods. For products subject to Chestny ZNAK labelling, sale without correct codes is impossible.
On the European side, if you as the supplier need an EX1 with an MRN for VAT zero-rating, tell us before collection — we will quote the documented route, where we open the EX1 for you (from €450 remotely, €150 with our cargo via Rotterdam).

What we never carry
Whatever the scheme, we do not carry goods subject to EU (or UK, Swiss or US) sanctions, dual-use items, weapons and ammunition, narcotic and psychotropic substances, or goods prohibited from import into Russia. HS codes and parties are screened before we accept any cargo. We do not handle private individuals’ belongings — only commercial B2B consignments.
For items with complex classification or non-standard routing, we select the route individually; these are best discussed by phone or messenger, as we need to understand the specific product, its code and intended use.

How long does cargo from China take?
17 days by road from the consolidation warehouse in China to release in Russia. The exact time depends on the loading city and route load.
And from Europe?
5–7 days via the Republic of Belarus — our fastest cargo route.
How much does it cost?
$2–3 per kg from China, €5–7 per kg from Europe via Belarus; from €3 per kg from our Vilnius warehouse. The minimum service fee is €200. Send weight, dimensions and a description — we will quote and show the cost of a documented import of the same goods for comparison.
Will my buyer receive import documents?
No. With cargo there is no import declaration in the buyer’s name, no VAT invoices and no certificates for their company. If documents are needed, choose documented import — we do that too.
Can cargo be used for marketplace sales?
We do not recommend it. A marketplace or inspecting authority may request the declaration and certificates, and with cargo there are none.
What do you not carry?
Sanctioned and dual-use goods, weapons and ammunition, narcotic and psychotropic substances, and goods prohibited from import into Russia. For anything else we first look at the specific product and its code and tell you plainly which routes fit.
