What cannot be sent by air?
Lithium batteries without UN38.3 certification, aerosols, flammable liquids, magnets stronger than the IATA limit. For such goods we offer express road.
Can urgent delivery be made cheaper?
Yes: air freight is charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), so compact packing without voids reduces the bill; combining several urgent consignments into one flight is also cheaper than separate shipments.
Can the shipment be tracked?
Yes — by air waybill (AWB) number and in our client portal: collection, departure, arrival and release statuses arrive automatically.
Is there a minimum weight?
Air freight has no weight limit, with a minimum order of €200. Express road starts from 100 kg.
Which goods do you accept?
Commercial B2B shipments of goods not subject to EU sanctions; HS codes and parties are screened before collection.
