For suppliers: how to be ready
Keep your VAT number (VIES) and EORI to hand, be ready to state Incoterms and minimum order, and be able to send samples. If you do not issue EX1 declarations yourself, that is fine — we can open the EX1 for you. We only work with goods that are not subject to EU sanctions and screen HS codes and parties before any deal.

I am a supplier — how do I receive enquiries from Russian buyers?
Contact us with your product range, minimum order and export terms. When a Russian buyer’s brief matches, we pass on the enquiry and, if the buyer wishes, organise samples and the first delivery.
How much does the search cost for buyers?
A fixed fee per search project; if the goods are then shipped through us, part of the fee is credited against transport. The exact amount is given after the specification.
Which countries do you search in?
The EU (Germany, Italy, Poland, Czechia, the Baltics), Turkey, China, Korea and India — where we have warehouses and partners for on-site checks.
Can a buyer just have an existing supplier checked?
Yes, counterparty verification is available as a separate service: company details, sanctions, export readiness and reputation — in 2–3 working days.
Which products are excluded?
Goods subject to EU (or UK, Swiss or US) sanctions and dual-use items. HS codes and all parties are screened before any enquiry is passed on.
