Who is responsible if something goes wrong at a transhipment point?
We are. Under a multimodal contract there is one operator for the whole route, so you never have to chase individual carriers.
Is multimodal always cheaper?
Not always, but typically around 15% below a direct route for the same transit time. We quote 2–3 options so you can choose.
Can you combine road and sea from Europe?
Yes — for example, road collection across the EU to Rotterdam, then LCL or FCL by sea, then road delivery in Russia.
What documents do I need to provide?
Commercial invoice and packing list. We prepare the EX1, transport documents for each leg and the Russian import declaration for your buyer.
Do you ship any product by multimodal routes?
We carry commercial B2B shipments of goods that are not subject to EU sanctions. HS codes and the parties to the deal are screened before we accept the cargo.
