We work only with companies: vehicles for dealerships, leasing companies and corporate fleets.
We organise the whole chain for you: collection from your premises, the EU export declaration if you do not lodge it yourself (with proof of exit for your VAT zero-rating), international freight, customs clearance in Russia and delivery to your customer’s warehouse. Minimum service fee €200, insurance 0.3 % of the cargo value.

How we ship cars
Container or car carrier
Cars travel lashed in a container or on an open car carrier — to suit budget and timing.
ePTS and recycling fee
Electronic vehicle passport, calculation and payment of the recycling fee.
Customs support
Full support with customs clearance of the vehicle: payment calculation and documents.
Packing and securing cars
The car is prepared: no more than a quarter tank of fuel, removed accessories and the second set of keys packed separately, the interior and boot empty (customs treats personal items in the car as separate goods). In a container the car is lashed by its standard eyes with straps and chocks, on a car carrier by the wheels.
Documents and permits
A contract or invoice from the seller, the technical passport of the exporting country, the deregistration document and the export declaration; for new cars, an OTTS/SBKTS type approval document, and for all of them a calculation of the recycling fee.
The costly mistake made most often
Understating the value on the invoice: customs recalculates the payments at market value and demands additional recycling fee, and the car cannot be registered. The second mistake is not checking a car from the EU against the “luxury” threshold — expensive cars are banned from export to Russia.
Which mode usually works out best
From Europe, passenger cars travel on an enclosed car carrier or in a container by sea via Rotterdam (by sea, from 2 weeks); from Korea, Japan and the UAE, by container or ro-ro via Far Eastern and southern ports, 20–45 days. From China, by car carrier or rail platform. Air for cars is only for exceptional cases.
Export controls and sanctions
Passenger cars are among the goods most heavily restricted by EU, UK and US export rules for Russia. We check each vehicle — HS code, value, specification — and all parties before quoting, and accept only vehicles that may lawfully be exported.
