Machinery: recycling fee and electronic passport
Since 2026, importing machinery into Russia has become more expensive and more complex: a single formula for the recycling fee and registration of the electronic vehicle/machine passport (EPTS/PSM). Before purchase we calculate the total cost — with the recycling fee, duty and VAT, not just the price of the machine.
Breakage of tiles and stone
Heavy fragile materials need correct stowage and securing in the container. We supervise loading at the supplier, insure the consignment and, for expensive stone, photograph every transhipment.
Heavy lifts and out-of-gauge
Tower sections, lift equipment and large machinery travel as project cargo with special vehicles, permits and route approval up to the site.

What is the most economical way to ship tiles and stone from China?
By sea or rail in full containers: for heavy materials, the rate per kilogram is lowest in a container. The key is correct loading and securing at the factory: we supervise stowage, palletising and axle weights and insure the consignment against breakage.
What changed for importing machinery into Russia in 2026?
Since 1 April 2026 a single recycling-fee formula applies to imports via the EAEU, with the difference up to the direct-import level charged additionally; for self-propelled machines a PSM passport is issued and the fee is paid. Before purchase we calculate the total cost: price of the machine + duty + VAT + recycling fee + clearance — sometimes the picture changes the choice of model. Machinery is screened against sanctions lists first, and restricted items are declined.
Do you ship lifts and out-of-gauge equipment?
Yes, as project logistics: route survey, special vehicles and out-of-gauge permits, and coordination with the installation contractor on the sequence in which assemblies are delivered to site.
Can deliveries be linked to the works schedule?
That is exactly how we work: we take the schedule, split the specification by stage and book shipments with a buffer for the supply leg and clearance. Materials arrive at the start of the stage rather than lying on site for months or holding up the crews.
