If you supply kitchen equipment, tableware, furniture or textiles to a restaurant, hotel or caterer in Russia, your consignment is one piece of a project with a fixed deadline. We collect from your premises, consolidate your goods with those of the other suppliers on the project, lodge the export declaration for you and send you proof of export for VAT zero-rating.

The opening date does not move
Fitting out a venue is a project delivery: we bring the shipments of different suppliers into one schedule, planned backwards from the opening date with a buffer for clearance. Critical items go by air.
Fragile cargo: glass, tableware, ceramics
Groupage consignments are handled at warehouses — one careless transhipment is enough for breakage. We require factory packaging, add extra securing at consolidation and insure at invoice value; tableware travels in rigid cartons on pallets.
Equipment built to European standards
A professional kitchen requires EAC certification, and refrigeration equipment brings additional requirements for refrigerants. We check every item on the specification before the order is placed.
Many small suppliers
An Italian oven, Czech glassware, Chinese furniture — we consolidate at our warehouses in Europe and China and deliver the venue “in one wave”, not in twenty separate shipments.

Project specification → check of certification requirements item by item → purchasing schedule from the opening date → consolidation in Europe and China → careful, insured delivery → turnkey customs clearance → delivery to site in time for installation.
Sanctions compliance
We only handle goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Before we accept a booking we screen the HS codes and the parties; restricted items are declined.

Indicative “turnkey” rates. B2B only: shipments from 50 kg (air: no weight limit), minimum service fee €200. Sea times are for Rotterdam → St Petersburg: groupage about 2 weeks, container 6–7 days in transit; the container must be declared to the port 3 days before the vessel sails.
Frequently asked questions
How long before the opening should equipment deliveries start?
For European equipment, 2–3 months ahead: made-to-order production takes 3–6 weeks, plus delivery and clearance. For furniture and tableware from China, 3–4 months including production. We build the schedule backwards from the opening date and follow up every supplier.
How do you protect tableware and glass in groupage?
Three levels: requirements for factory packaging (dividers, cartons), extra securing and palletising at the consolidation warehouse, and insurance at invoice value. Fragile items are placed separately from heavy cargo within the consignment.
Does professional kitchen equipment need certificates?
Yes, most items require EAC conformity assessment (a certificate or a declaration), and refrigeration equipment has additional refrigerant requirements. We check the specification before the order so that the project is not held up at customs by a single item.
Can the fit-out for one venue come from different countries?
That is a typical case for us: we consolidate an Italian oven, Czech glassware and Chinese furniture at our warehouses and synchronise arrival with the installation schedule — rooms are fitted out in the right order, not as boxes happen to arrive.
