How an order works

The buyer sends the VIN or serial number of the machine and the part numbers — if there are no numbers, a description and photos are enough. - 2Sourcing
We check availability and price with suppliers in Europe and the US and agree with the buyer whether an original part or an OE-supplier equivalent is wanted. - 3Payment and consolidation
We pay the order and combine parts from different suppliers into one shipment. - 4Import
Planned fleet-servicing orders travel as documented imports so the buyer receives VAT documents; urgent items go by air.
Documents and customs
Under a documented import, the parts are declared in the name of the Russian buyer or through a contract holder. Some components — braking systems and suspension elements, for example — require conformity assessment under Technical Regulation TR CU 018/2011; we arrange this as part of the supply. The HS code is chosen before shipment: for spare parts it has a strong effect on the duty.
The HS code also decides whether a part may be exported at all. Depending on the code and the end use, vehicle and machinery parts can fall under EU, UK or US export restrictions; we check every line before an order is confirmed and decline anything that is restricted.
How the goods reach the Russian buyer
Fully documented import
Import in the name of the Russian buyer or through a contract holder: customs declaration, VAT closing documents, certificates or declarations of conformity and Chestny Znak labelling wherever it is mandatory.
Payment to the supplier
We pay the supplier. Payment terms are agreed per order and made only through regular banking channels for goods that have passed sanctions screening.
Delivery
Groupage from €200 per piece, a euro pallet from €500, a dedicated truck from any European city from €4,500 per trip. Insurance: 0.3 % of the value.
Wholesale only, sanctions screening first
We work with companies only and move goods in wholesale lots, never at retail: shipments from 50 kg (air: no weight limit), minimum service fee €200. We handle only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Depending on the HS code, some of these product groups may fall under export restrictions, so we screen every line and every party before we quote. We reply within 2 business hours.

Do you match parts by VIN?
Yes. The buyer sends the VIN or serial number and the list of parts needed; we find the part numbers and check availability.
Original parts or equivalents?
Both: original manufacturer parts or parts from original-equipment suppliers (Bosch, ZF, Mahle and others) — the choice is agreed with the buyer.
How quickly can an urgent part arrive?
From the US by air in 5–10 days in transit. The time for sourcing and purchase depends on the supplier’s stock.
Do you handle agricultural machinery parts?
Yes: John Deere, CLAAS, Fendt, Case IH, New Holland and others — subject to the same export-restriction screening as every other line.
