What a documented import needs for sale in Russia
Cosmetics and household chemicals are subject to mandatory Chestny Znak labelling in Russia, and product information must be in Russian. European packaging carries no Russian text, so under a documented import we apply the labelling codes and Russian-language labels and arrange conformity assessment. After that, the goods can be sold in shops, chains and on marketplaces.
For manufacturers and distributors of such brands this is the part of the chain that is hardest to handle from abroad — and it is exactly the part we take over on the Russian side.
How an order works

We check availability at the Lithuanian warehouse and agree the pallet composition, delivery method and payment. - 3Shipment
After payment we ship from the warehouse with customs clearance in Russia.
How the goods reach the Russian buyer
Fully documented import
Import in the name of the Russian buyer or through a contract holder: customs declaration, VAT closing documents, certificates or declarations of conformity and Chestny Znak labelling wherever it is mandatory.
Payment to the supplier
We pay the supplier. Payment terms are agreed per order and made only through regular banking channels for goods that have passed sanctions screening.
Delivery
Groupage from €200 per piece, a euro pallet from €500, a dedicated truck from any European city from €4,500 per trip. Insurance: 0.3 % of the value.
Wholesale only, sanctions screening first
We work with companies only and move goods in wholesale lots, never at retail: shipments from 50 kg (air: no weight limit), minimum service fee €200. We handle only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Depending on the HS code, some of these product groups may fall under export restrictions, so we screen every line and every party before we quote. We reply within 2 business hours.
