How it works
Our Russian customers regularly order four product groups from Europe and the US: motor oils, tyres, spare parts for cars, motorcycles, trucks and agricultural machinery, and household chemicals and hygiene products. We find the supplier, pay the supplier, and bring the goods into Russia as a fully documented import — customs declaration, VAT closing documents, certification and mandatory labelling included.
For you as a supplier this means one counterparty and one set of logistics: we collect the goods from your warehouse, handle the EU export declaration if you do not lodge it yourself, carry the goods to Russia and take care of Russian customs clearance, certification and labelling on the buyer’s side. We supply in wholesale lots only, never at retail.
We are not official distributors of any of the brands mentioned on these pages; we work through suppliers in Europe and the US.

Parts for popular premium makes from Germany, other European countries and the US — for cars, motorcycles, trucks and agricultural machinery, matched by VIN and part number.
Household chemicals and hygiene
European and US brands shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, minimum one pallet.
How the goods reach the Russian buyer
Fully documented import
Import in the name of the Russian buyer or through a contract holder: customs declaration, VAT closing documents, certificates or declarations of conformity and Chestny Znak labelling wherever it is mandatory.
Payment to the supplier
We pay the supplier. Payment terms are agreed per order and made only through regular banking channels for goods that have passed sanctions screening.
Delivery
Groupage from €200 per piece, a euro pallet from €500, a dedicated truck from any European city from €4,500 per trip. Insurance: 0.3 % of the value.
Wholesale only, sanctions screening first
We work with companies only and move goods in wholesale lots, never at retail: shipments from 50 kg (air: no weight limit), minimum service fee €200. We handle only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Depending on the HS code, some of these product groups may fall under export restrictions, so we screen every line and every party before we quote. We reply within 2 business hours.
Frequently asked questions
Do you buy the goods or only transport them?
Both. For these product groups we find the goods for our Russian customers, pay the supplier and deliver the goods to Russia with a full set of import documents. For other goods we act as a freight forwarder and customs broker.
Are you an official distributor of these brands?
No. We work through suppliers in Europe and the US and do not present ourselves as official distributors of any brand.
What is the minimum order?
Wholesale lots only. Shipments start at 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit) and the minimum service fee is €200; household chemicals ship from our Lithuanian warehouse from one pallet.
Which goods can you not take?
Anything subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions or export restrictions. We check the HS code of every line and screen all parties before we confirm an order.
