Road freight from Norway to Russia
Norway is not in the EU. Goods leave on a Norwegian export declaration and then travel in transit either through Sweden and across the Baltic, or through Denmark and Poland. Door to door to Moscow takes 6–9 days. We collect from your premises in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim or anywhere else and arrange the export and transit documents on your behalf.
Groupage consignments are consolidated at our Vilnius warehouse, from €300 per pallet to Moscow; full loads go by dedicated truck, which can also collect at two or three sites on the way. Norwegian sanctions lists largely match the EU’s, but we check them separately, along with HS codes and all parties, before collection. You keep the Norwegian export declaration as evidence for your VAT-free export sale.

Our Vilnius warehouse is the closest EU point to the border for non-sanctioned groupage: from €300 per pallet to Moscow, a full truck from €4,500. Cargo is accepted daily.

A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.

How much does road freight from Norway to Russia cost?

We do not quote per kilogram: groupage is priced by places and pallets, a truck per trip. The national export declaration and T1 transit are shown as separate lines. How long does a truck from Norway take to reach Moscow?
6–9 days door to door on average (route: collection → transit through Sweden → ferry to Lithuania → our Vilnius warehouse → Moscow). Groupage waits for the weekly consolidation to close at the warehouse; a dedicated truck leaves as soon as it is loaded. Most of the variation comes from queues at the border and customs clearance in Russia. From Moscow we deliver on to St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk or any other city.
Who handles the export declaration?
We do. The goods leave on a Norwegian export declaration and cross the EU under transit (T1) to Lithuania or Poland. You provide the commercial invoice and packing list; we issue the CMR and arrange the declarations. The Norwegian export declaration is your evidence for the VAT-free export sale.
Are Norwegian sanctions the same as the EU’s?
They largely match, but not exactly, so we screen your goods and all parties against the Norwegian lists as well as the EU lists before collection. Goods subject to sanctions are not carried by any route.
