How we ship from Paris
Road freight via our warehouses in Warsaw and Vilnius. Consignments from several suppliers are consolidated at the warehouse and leave on one truck. Three pallets from Warsaw to a temporary storage warehouse in Moscow cost from €850. A dedicated truck is priced per trip: Warsaw–Moscow from €4,500.
Transport hub nearby: the logistics zones of Île-de-France and Charles de Gaulle Airport. Goods from France are often valuable and fragile, so insurance is added to the transport: with us it is 0.3 % of the declared value of the cargo. For perfumes we check the restrictions in advance — alcohol-based items may fall under dangerous goods rules, especially by air. Higher-priced goods are also checked against the EU luxury-goods export ban before we accept them.
What suppliers in Paris most often ship
Perfumes and cosmetics, clothing and accessories, wine, equipment and interior items. We choose the scheme for each type of cargo separately: for light, bulky goods the volume is what matters, for heavy goods it is the weight and the lashing, and for fragile goods the packing and the number of transhipments. We classify the goods under the Russian (EAEU) tariff before shipment, while the documents can still be corrected on your side: the code determines the import duty, whether certification is needed and whether the goods fall under any restrictions. The full amount your customer will pay on import — duty, import VAT and fees — is calculated in advance, before the truck leaves.
Sanctions screening first
We handle only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Before we quote, we check the HS codes of your goods and screen your customer and all parties to the shipment. If a product or a party is restricted, we tell you straight away and do not take the shipment.

Will you collect directly from our site in Paris?
Yes, collection from the supplier’s address is part of the service. We need the loading address, a contact person and the time when the goods are ready for loading.
What shipment sizes do you accept?
Commercial consignments from 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200. We work B2B only and do not handle personal effects or retail parcels.
