How we ship from Hamburg
Sea freight via our consolidation warehouse in Rotterdam. Your cargo is delivered to our consolidation warehouse, checked in against the packing list and loaded into a container that sails on a weekly schedule. Charges are for the cargo pieces actually shipped: from €200 per piece, from €500 per euro pallet.
Transport hub nearby: the Port of Hamburg, Europe’s third-largest container port by throughput. Hamburg is convenient because goods from a German supplier reach the port without a long road leg. But the port itself is a bottleneck: at peak times the container delivery window slips by several days, and that is not a “forwarder delay” but the queue at the terminal. That is why for Hamburg we book space in advance and do not promise a sailing date until the booking is confirmed. For groupage it is cheaper to bring the goods to our Rotterdam warehouse, where departures follow a weekly schedule.

The full amount your customer will pay on import — duty, import VAT and fees — is calculated in advance, before the truck leaves.

We handle only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Before we quote, we check the HS codes of your goods and screen your customer and all parties to the shipment. If a product or a party is restricted, we tell you straight away and do not take the shipment.

Commercial consignments from 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200. We work B2B only and do not handle personal effects or retail parcels.
