Shipping goods from France to Russia
France ships through two seaports — Le Havre on the Atlantic and Marseille on the Mediterranean — while the road leg runs in transit through Germany and Poland. We collect from your premises in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, Strasbourg, Le Havre or Toulouse, lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN and proof of exit for your zero-rated VAT. Your Russian customer receives the goods cleared through customs and delivered.
Road groupage via Strasbourg and Warsaw reaches Moscow in 6–9 days. By sea, groupage from Le Havre via Rotterdam takes 16–20 days to St Petersburg, and full containers from Marseille reach Novorossiysk in 14–18 days. French shippers often split an order across several pickup addresses; we organise the collections ourselves, which keeps consolidation on schedule. B2B only, from 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit), minimum service fee €200.

Sea via Rotterdam
Deliver to our warehouse in the port of Rotterdam (Mon–Wed); the groupage container closes on Friday and sails to St Petersburg at the weekend. 20–35 days door to door, from €200 per place (from €500 per euro pallet). Independent of queues at land borders.
Road via Warsaw
Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

What suppliers ship from France to Russia
French suppliers typically ship cosmetics and perfumery from Île-de-France and Provence, aerospace and industrial components from Toulouse and Lyon, food and wine, pharmaceuticals, and equipment for wineries and cheese dairies. France is an EU member state, so the export is declared on an EX1 lodged with French customs where the goods are loaded. We lodge it on your behalf — €150 when your cargo travels via our Rotterdam warehouse, from €450 remotely without our transport — and track the MRN until the customs office of exit confirms departure from the EU. For alcohol, perfumery and cosmetics we check the full document set, including excise documents and the certificates your buyer needs in Russia, before collection.

- Every extra pickup address adds a day or two to consolidation — if you can, ship from a single warehouse.
- Let us collect directly rather than using your own haulier to the port: it is usually cheaper and keeps consolidation dates predictable.

How does my Russian buyer pay me?
Your buyer can use our supplier-payment service: they settle with a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU pays your invoice in euros by a standard bank transfer. Payments for sanctioned goods or to listed parties are not made.
Who lodges the export declaration and what do I provide?
We lodge the EX1 with French customs on your behalf. You provide the commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and, for regulated goods, excise and product documents. You receive the MRN and proof of exit for your VAT records.
Can you ship luxury goods or aerospace parts?
Only if they are not covered by sanctions. Many luxury goods and aerospace items are restricted for export to Russia under EU rules. We screen every HS code, value and party against EU, UK, Swiss and US lists and decline anything restricted.
