For a full load we send a truck straight to your factory, and it runs to the Belarusian border with no intermediate reloading. Tips for suppliers
- Selling EXW is fine: German suppliers often do, and we open the EX1 ourselves so you do not have to deal with export formalities.
- A dedicated truck can pick up from two or three German plants along the way — useful when an order is split between suppliers.
- Give us exact pallet dimensions and say whether the goods can be stacked: both affect the groupage price.

How long does a truck from Germany take to reach Moscow?
4–7 days door to door on average (route: collection from your premises → our Warsaw warehouse → Brest → Moscow). Groupage waits for the weekly consolidation to close at the warehouse; a dedicated truck leaves as soon as it is loaded. Most of the variation comes from queues at the border and customs clearance in Russia. From Moscow we deliver on to St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk or any other city.
Who lodges the EX1 and how do I get proof of exit?
We do, on your behalf — also when you sell EXW. You provide the commercial invoice and packing list; we issue the CMR, lodge the EX1 and send you the MRN. Once the goods leave the EU, the exit is confirmed electronically and you keep it as evidence for zero-rating the VAT on your sale. Your buyer in Russia handles the Russian import declaration and EAC certificates with our help.
Is it better to use groupage or a dedicated truck from Germany?
Groupage suits consignments from 50 kg up to a few pallets: the goods travel to our Warsaw warehouse and leave with the weekly load. From roughly 10–12 pallets or 15 m³, or when the delivery date is critical, a dedicated truck from your factory is usually faster and better value.
