Shipping goods from Poland to Russia
Poland is the central transit hub for cargo from all over Europe, and our own consolidation warehouse is near Warsaw, with groupage trucks to Moscow every week. For Polish suppliers the first leg is short: collection from Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, Łódź or Katowice takes from a few hours to a day. We lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN and proof of exit.
Road groupage via Warsaw and Brest reaches Moscow in 3–5 days, and a full truck from Kraków takes 4–7 days; sea and road via Gdańsk reach St Petersburg in 4–6 days. Because the leg is short, most of the time is spent building the groupage load and clearing the border — a full truck is noticeably faster. B2B only, from 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit), minimum service fee €200.

Road via Warsaw
Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Baltic route via Vilnius
Our Vilnius warehouse is the closest EU point to the border for non-sanctioned groupage: from €300 per pallet to Moscow, a full truck from €4,500. Cargo is accepted daily.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

What suppliers ship from Poland to Russia
Polish suppliers ship furniture and mattresses from Greater Poland, household appliances from Łódź and Wrocław, steel structures and equipment from Silesia, building materials and windows, food products and packaging. Our Warsaw warehouse also consolidates goods from Western European suppliers for Russian buyers. We check the HS code of every item against current EU restrictions, and Russian import rules apply to food.

Export formalities
Poland is an EU member state, so the goods leave under an EX1 lodged with Polish customs. Polish manufacturers are often ready to handle the export themselves; if not, we lodge it on your behalf — from €450 remotely, €150 when your cargo travels with us via Rotterdam — and track the MRN until exit. Close proximity to the border tempts shippers to send goods as they are, but the document set must be complete: at a spot check, an incomplete invoice turns into several days of standstill.

Practical tips
- Many European suppliers will deliver to a Polish warehouse free of charge — often cheaper than collection from deep inside Europe.
- If speed matters, consider a full truck: it moves noticeably faster than groupage.
- Make sure the invoice and packing list are complete: gaps at a border check cost days.

Yes, many Polish suppliers do. If you prefer, we lodge the EX1 on your behalf and send you the MRN and proof of exit. Either way, you provide a complete commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes.
Do you screen goods and buyers for sanctions?
Yes. Every HS code and party is checked against EU, UK, Swiss and US sanctions and dual-use lists before we accept cargo; restricted goods are declined.
