Shipping goods from Guangzhou to Russia
Guangzhou is the main sourcing hub of southern China. We consolidate goods from your factory and other suppliers, ship them by sea, rail or air and clear them through Russian customs for your buyer.
Guangzhou: Guangdong province, Pearl River Delta
Guangzhou is the main sourcing hub of southern China: the capital of Guangdong province, surrounded by the production of furniture, clothing, footwear and finishing materials. Twice a year it hosts the Canton Fair, the country’s largest export exhibition.
For a manufacturer or trading company whose customer is in Russia, we take over the whole chain from your warehouse: collection, consolidation with the buyer’s other purchases, international transport and customs clearance in Russia, with delivery to the customer’s door.

How shipping is organised
Every scheme works from Guangzhou: sea from the ports of Nansha and Huangpu and neighbouring Shenzhen (to Vladivostok, or via Suez to Novorossiysk and St Petersburg), road freight, and rail through consolidation warehouses. For groupage, the goods are usually brought to a consolidation warehouse in Guangzhou or Foshan, where they are combined with other shipments, marked and sent to Russia as a single consignment.
Export points: the ports of Nansha and Huangpu, with the deep-water terminals of Shenzhen (Yantian, Shekou) close by.
Logistics tip
After the Canton Fair (May and November) demand for outbound shipping peaks: rates rise and space at consolidation warehouses runs out. If the purchase is tied to the fair, book the shipment at the same time as the order is placed.

Can the Russian buyer pay our invoice through you?
Yes. If your Russian customer appoints us as agent, we can pay your invoice in CNY or USD under an agency agreement, receive and check the goods at the consolidation warehouse (the ports of Nansha and Huangpu, with the deep-water terminals of Shenzhen (Yantian, Shekou) close by), and combine purchases from several suppliers into one consignment with a single set of documents. Payments go only through regular banking channels and only for goods that pass sanctions screening.
What is the minimum consignment from Guangzhou?
Road, rail and sea shipments from 50 kg (groupage, pallets, containers). Air freight has no weight limit. The minimum service fee is €200.
What documents do you need from the supplier?
A commercial invoice and a packing list with weights and dimensions per piece, plus product descriptions good enough for HS classification. For goods subject to Russian certification or Chestny Znak labelling we tell you in advance what has to be done before dispatch.
