What if the collection date in Germany falls on a public holiday?
Move the collection to the working day before the holiday or right after it, and warn the consignee about the new date in advance. For groupage it is important to reach the consolidation warehouse before the weekly cut-off — otherwise the shipment leaves with the next truck or vessel.
