We collect from your premises anywhere in Spain, lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN for your VAT-free export records.
Small groupage consignments from Spain are often cheaper by sea through our Rotterdam warehouse, from €200 per place, although that takes 20–35 days. Which option is better for your order depends on weight, volume and how soon your buyer in Russia needs the goods — we show both in the quote. HS codes and all parties are screened against EU sanctions before collection.

Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.

Tips for suppliers
- For one or two pallets, ask for a sea groupage comparison via Rotterdam — it is often the cheaper route.
- Book full loads early in the week: the truck crosses France, Germany and Poland before reaching the border.
- Heavy ceramics and tiles travel by weight; tell us the gross weight per pallet when you enquire.

Groupage (LTL) starts from €850 for three pallets from our Warsaw warehouse to Moscow, plus collection to the warehouse priced by distance. A dedicated truck (FTL) is quoted per trip for your route. We do not quote per kilogram: groupage is priced by places and pallets, a truck per trip. The EX1 export declaration is a separate line: €150 when lodged at our Rotterdam warehouse together with our shipment, from €450 when filed remotely. Insurance starts from 0.3% of the invoice value, and the minimum service fee is €200. Send the collection address, weights and dimensions and we reply with LTL and FTL options within 2 hours.
How long does a truck from Spain take to reach Moscow?
8–12 days door to door on average (route: collection → France → Germany → our Warsaw warehouse → Brest → Moscow). Groupage waits for the weekly consolidation to close at the warehouse; a dedicated truck leaves as soon as it is loaded. Most of the variation comes from queues at the border and customs clearance in Russia. From Moscow we deliver on to St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk or any other city.
Who lodges the EX1 and how do I get proof of exit?
We do, on your behalf — also when you sell EXW. You provide the commercial invoice and packing list; we issue the CMR, lodge the EX1 and send you the MRN. Once the goods leave the EU, the exit is confirmed electronically and you keep it as evidence for zero-rating the VAT on your sale. Your buyer in Russia handles the Russian import declaration and EAC certificates with our help.
