We collect machine tools, glass and electrical equipment directly from the factory, lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN as proof that the goods left the EU.
Groupage from our Warsaw warehouse starts from €850 for three pallets to Moscow, plus collection priced by distance; a full load goes by dedicated truck straight from your site. Fragile goods must be in a rigid wooden crate before loading — if you do not have one, it can be ordered at our warehouse. HS codes and parties are screened against EU sanctions before collection.

How long does a truck from the Czech Republic take to reach Moscow?
4–6 days door to door on average (route: collection → our Warsaw warehouse → Brest → Moscow). Groupage waits for the weekly consolidation to close at the warehouse; a dedicated truck leaves as soon as it is loaded. Most of the variation comes from queues at the border and customs clearance in Russia. From Moscow we deliver on to St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk or any other city.
Who lodges the EX1 and how do I get proof of exit?
We do, on your behalf — also when you sell EXW. You provide the commercial invoice and packing list; we issue the CMR, lodge the EX1 and send you the MRN. Once the goods leave the EU, the exit is confirmed electronically and you keep it as evidence for zero-rating the VAT on your sale. Your buyer in Russia handles the Russian import declaration and EAC certificates with our help.
Can you crate fragile goods from the Czech Republic?
Yes. Glass, optics and other fragile goods must be in a rigid crate before they are loaded for groupage. If your packaging is not suitable, crating can be ordered at our warehouse, and the cost appears as a separate line in the quote.
