Shipping goods from the Czech Republic to Russia
The Czech Republic is landlocked, so road freight through Poland is the main option. Our warehouse in Warsaw serves the Polish-Czech route and is less than a day from most Czech factories, which makes this one of the fastest groupage directions we run. We collect from your premises in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň or Olomouc, lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN and proof of exit.
Road groupage from Prague or Brno via Warsaw and Brest reaches Moscow in 4–6 days. From Ostrava there is also a road-and-ferry option via Gdańsk to St Petersburg in 5–7 days. Your Russian customer receives the goods cleared and delivered. We work B2B only — companies and sole traders — from 50 kg per shipment (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200.

Road via Warsaw
Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Baltic route via Vilnius
Our Vilnius warehouse is the closest EU point to the border for non-sanctioned groupage: from €300 per pallet to Moscow, a full truck from €4,500. Cargo is accepted daily.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

What suppliers ship from the Czech Republic to Russia
Czech suppliers ship machine tools and tooling from Brno and Plzeň, pumps and compressors, glass, crystal and optics, automotive components, brewing and food-processing equipment, chemicals and beer. Engineering firms typically ship a few pallets at a time, a standard format for groupage. Many machine-tool and industrial codes are restricted for export to Russia, so every item is screened first.

Export formalities
The Czech Republic is an EU member state, so the goods leave under an EX1 lodged with Czech customs. Czech factories keep tidy paperwork and often have experience of exporting to the EAEU. We lodge the EX1 on your behalf — from €450 remotely, €150 when your cargo travels via Rotterdam — and track the MRN until the customs office of exit confirms departure. You receive the proof of exit for your VAT records.

Practical tips
- For glass and optics, agree rigid packaging with fitted inserts when the order is placed, not at loading.
- The sea option is only nominal: goods still travel by road to a German, Polish or Dutch port first, which is a separate leg in the price.
- Insure crystal and fragile items at invoice value.
