How the price is calculated
Air freight is charged by volumetric weight: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000, i.e. 1 m³ = 167 kg; the higher of volumetric and actual weight applies. Collection, export formalities, terminal handling, customs clearance in Russia and delivery are added. Minimum service fee €200.

The Turkish export declaration is arranged locally before the flight. Textiles must carry Chestny ZNAK labels before import into Russia, so agree with your buyer who applies them.

Textiles must carry Chestny ZNAK labels before import; food needs phytosanitary and veterinary certificates. General IATA rules also apply: lithium batteries only with UN38.3 certification, while aerosols, flammable liquids and strong magnets go by surface routes. Goods subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions and dual-use items are not carried by any mode.
