How do I get paid by a Russian customer?
Your customer can settle through our supplier-payment service: they pay an agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU pays your invoice by SWIFT. The commission is agreed with the buyer in advance; payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
What documents are needed?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Singapore export declaration and, for re-exported goods, origin documents. Pharmaceuticals also need proof of Russian registration.
