How can my Russian customer pay me?
Where the transaction passes screening, your customer can use our supplier-payment service: they pay an agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT. Payments for sanctioned goods or to listed parties are not made.
Which documents are required?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Zimbabwean export declaration, transit documents and, depending on the goods, phytosanitary or analysis certificates.
