Export formalities
The Ugandan export declaration is lodged at the point of dispatch or at Entebbe airport, by your agent or arranged by us, and you keep a copy as proof of export. Sea cargo then travels in transit through Kenya to Mombasa. In Russia we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty and VAT.

How do I get paid by a Russian customer?
Through our supplier-payment service: the Russian buyer pays a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU pays your invoice by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. Payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
