Export formalities
The Taiwanese export declaration is lodged at the port or airport of dispatch, by your broker or arranged by us, and you keep a copy as proof of export. Taiwan applies its own export controls to Russia, and the seller remains responsible for compliance with them. On arrival we clear the goods in Russia for your buyer, including certification where the product requires it.

How long does shipping from Taiwan to Russia take?
Air freight is the fastest option. Sea freight from Kaohsiung runs with transhipment in a regional hub, so the time depends on vessel connections. We do not publish a standard transit time for Taiwan and confirm it for each shipment in the quote.
How does my Russian customer pay me?
If direct transfers are a problem, your buyer can use our supplier-payment service: they pay an agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU pays your invoice by SWIFT. The commission is agreed with the buyer; payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
What documents are required?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, a technical description for export-control classification and the Taiwanese export declaration lodged at dispatch.
Can you ship semiconductors and electronic components?
Only items that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions or export restrictions — and many of these products are. We screen each HS code, the end use and every party before accepting cargo, and decline anything restricted or dual-use.
