Shipping goods from Slovenia to Russia

Urgent consignments can go by air, for example via Istanbul. We work B2B only — companies and sole traders — from 50 kg per shipment (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200, and we screen every HS code and party first.
How we ship from Slovenia to Russia
Road via Warsaw
Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Southern route via Turkey and Iran
By road to Turkey, then via Iran and Azerbaijan to southern Russian border crossings or by ferry across the Caspian. For southern Russia, the Caucasus and the Volga region, and when northern borders are congested. From 40 days.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

Export formalities
Slovenia is an EU member state, so the export is declared on an EX1 lodged with Slovenian customs. We lodge it on your behalf — from €450 remotely, €150 when your cargo travels via our Rotterdam warehouse — and follow the MRN until the customs office of exit confirms the goods have left the EU. You then receive the proof of exit for your VAT records.
