Shipping goods from Serbia to Russia
Serbia is a Balkan transit hub with its own production of agricultural goods, furniture and automotive components. As a non-EU country, it uses a national export declaration, and when the goods cross the EU they travel under T1 transit. We collect from your premises in Belgrade, Novi Sad or Niš, prepare the export declaration and transit documents on your behalf and send you the export evidence for your VAT records.
Two corridors are available: road via our consolidation warehouse in Warsaw and on to Moscow, or our southern corridor through Turkey and Iran. Urgent consignments can go by air, for example via Istanbul. Transit times depend on the corridor and the consolidation schedule and are confirmed with every quote. Your Russian customer receives the goods cleared and delivered. B2B only, from 50 kg (air freight has no weight limit), minimum service fee €200.

Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.
