The Saudi export declaration is lodged at the port or airport of dispatch — by your broker or arranged by us — and you keep a copy as proof of export. For chemical products, the safety data sheet is part of the document set. In Russia we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty and VAT.

How long does shipping from Saudi Arabia to Russia take?
Air freight via Dubai or Istanbul is the fastest option. Sea freight runs via Suez to Novorossiysk or St Petersburg, with the time depending on the sailing and any transhipment. We confirm it in the quote.
How can my Russian customer pay me?
Your customer can use our supplier-payment service: the Russian buyer pays a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. Payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents do you need?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Saudi export declaration and, for chemicals, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods documents where applicable.
Do you screen for sanctions and dual-use goods?
Yes. We only carry goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. HS codes, end use and all parties are screened before cargo is accepted, and dual-use or restricted items are declined.
