What suppliers ship from Panama to Russia
Shipments from Panama include coffee, including speciality varieties, bananas and goods re-exported through the free zone. For re-exported goods the origin must be documented: we do not accept goods routed through Panama that could not lawfully be exported to Russia from their country of manufacture. Coffee and bananas need phytosanitary certificates.
Export formalities
The Panamanian export declaration is lodged at the port, airport or free zone of dispatch, by your agent or arranged by us, and you keep a copy as proof of export. For re-exported goods, the manufacturer’s origin documents are required. In Russia we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty and VAT.

How can my Russian customer pay me?
Your customer can use our supplier-payment service: the buyer pays a payment agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT. The commission is agreed with the buyer; payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents do I need?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Panamanian export declaration, origin documents for re-exported goods and phytosanitary certificates for plant products.
Do you accept re-exported goods?
Only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions and whose origin is documented. We screen HS codes, origin and all parties, and decline goods routed through Panama to avoid restrictions.
