How do I receive payment from my Russian buyer?
Through our supplier-payment service: your customer pays an agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU settles your invoice by SWIFT with your invoice number as the reference. Payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents are required?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Omani export declaration and, where relevant, origin documents and safety data sheets.
Do you check sanctions?
Yes. We only carry goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. HS codes and all parties are screened before cargo is accepted, and restricted or dual-use items are declined.
