What suppliers ship from the UAE to Russia
Shipments from the UAE typically consist of goods consolidated in the free zones of Jebel Ali and Dubai: electronics and devices, spare parts, perfumery and cosmetics, and equipment, much of it of Asian origin. We only accept goods whose origin is documented and whose shipment to Russia is not restricted — the UAE is never used to route goods that could not be exported from their country of origin.

Export formalities
The UAE export declaration is lodged at the port, airport or free zone of dispatch, by your agent or arranged by us. In most cases the seller is a trading company rather than the manufacturer, so a document proving the country of origin is needed for the correct duty rate in Russia. Free zones allow goods from several suppliers to be combined into one consignment, which we then clear for your buyer on arrival.

- Keep the manufacturer’s origin documents for every item: without them your buyer may pay a higher duty rate, and we cannot complete screening.

How does my Russian customer pay me?
Your buyer can use our supplier-payment service: they pay a payment agent in Russia under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT. The commission is agreed with the buyer in advance; payments for sanctioned goods or to listed parties are not made.
Which documents do you need?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the UAE export declaration and — essential for trading companies — documents confirming the country of origin of the goods.
Do you accept re-exported goods of any origin?
No. We only handle goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions, and we check the origin as well as the HS code and all parties. Goods that could not legally be exported to Russia from their country of origin are declined, whatever route is proposed.
