What suppliers ship from Mongolia to Russia
Mongolian suppliers ship cashmere and cashmere products, sheep and camel wool, hides and leather, and mining raw materials. Goods of animal origin, such as raw wool and hides, need veterinary certificates for import into Russia, while bulk mineral cargo is normally moved by rail in wagon loads.
Export formalities
Mongolia is not a member of the EAEU, so the goods pass a full customs border. The Mongolian export declaration is lodged at the point of dispatch or at the border — by your broker or arranged by us — and you keep a copy as proof of export. On the Russian side we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty and VAT. For animal-origin products, veterinary documents must accompany the cargo.

How long does shipping from Mongolia to Russia take?
There is no sea leg: goods travel by road or rail across the Russian–Mongolian border and on to the destination. We do not publish a fixed transit time for Mongolia because it depends on the mode and the final city; the expected time is confirmed in your quote.
How can my Russian buyer pay me?
Your customer can use our supplier-payment service: the Russian buyer pays a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. The commission is agreed with the buyer; payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents are needed?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Mongolian export declaration and, for animal products such as wool and hides, veterinary certificates. We check the set before the goods leave.
Do you screen shipments for sanctions?
Yes. We only carry goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. The HS codes and all parties are screened before we accept the cargo, and restricted or dual-use items are declined.
