What suppliers ship from Lebanon to Russia
Lebanese suppliers ship wine, food products such as olive oil, preserves, sweets and spices, and jewellery. Wine can be imported into Russia only by a licensed importer and must carry Russian excise stamps, while food products need the relevant sanitary or phytosanitary documents.
Export formalities
The Lebanese export declaration is lodged at Beirut port or airport, by your agent or arranged by us, and you keep a copy as proof of export. For wine, your buyer must hold an alcohol import licence and arrange excise stamps in advance. In Russia we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty, excise and VAT.

How do I get paid by a Russian customer?
Through our supplier-payment service: the Russian buyer pays a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU pays your invoice by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. Payments for sanctioned goods or to listed parties are not made.
Which documents are required?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Lebanese export declaration and, depending on the goods, sanitary certificates or documents for alcohol import.
Do you check sanctions?
Yes. We only handle goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. HS codes and all parties are screened before cargo is accepted, and restricted items are declined.
