How can my Russian customer pay me?
If your buyer cannot pay by direct transfer, they can use our supplier-payment service: the Russian customer pays under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU settles your invoice by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. The commission is agreed with the buyer; payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents are required?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list and the Indian export declaration. For pharmaceuticals and chemicals, the Russian permits and registration documents must be in place before shipment; food products need phytosanitary certificates.
Do you screen for sanctions and dual-use goods?
Yes. We only handle goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. Chemicals and technical goods in particular are checked for dual-use status, and all parties are screened before we accept the cargo.
