How can my Russian buyer pay me?
Through our supplier-payment service: the Russian customer pays a payment agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. Payments for sanctioned goods or to listed parties are not made.
Which documents do you need?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, documents confirming the country of origin and the Hong Kong export documents completed at dispatch.
Do you accept re-exported goods?
Only goods that are not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions and whose origin is documented. We screen HS codes, origin and all parties, and we decline goods routed through Hong Kong to avoid restrictions in their country of origin.
