Shipping goods from Denmark to Russia

For Danish exporters we offer two routes: road via our consolidation warehouse in Warsaw, or our Baltic corridor through our warehouse in Vilnius. We collect from your premises, lodge the EX1 export declaration on your behalf and send you the MRN and proof of exit.
Your Russian customer receives the goods cleared through customs and delivered. Transit times depend on the route and the consolidation schedule and are confirmed with every quote. Consolidating with your customer’s other European purchases keeps costs down. We work B2B only — companies and sole traders — from 50 kg per shipment (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200.
How we ship from Denmark to Russia
Baltic route via Vilnius
Our Vilnius warehouse is the closest EU point to the border for non-sanctioned groupage: from €300 per pallet to Moscow, a full truck from €4,500. Cargo is accepted daily.
Road via Warsaw
Groupage through our Warsaw warehouse: a weekly truck after the Friday cut-off, from €850 for 3 pallets to a bonded warehouse in Moscow, 4–7 days. Full trucks go direct from your premises, with trailer swap or reloading at the border.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

What suppliers ship from Denmark to Russia
Danish suppliers typically ship pharmaceuticals, food products, furniture and industrial equipment. Pharmaceuticals need controlled conditions and the right import documents in Russia, Russian import rules apply to food and some EU categories are not admitted, and furniture is priced by volume. We check each HS code against current restrictions before accepting the cargo.
Export formalities
Denmark is an EU member state, so the export is declared on an EX1 lodged with Danish customs. We lodge it remotely on your behalf from €450 (€150 if your cargo travels via Rotterdam) and follow the MRN until the customs office of exit confirms the goods have left the EU. You receive the proof of exit for your VAT records.
