What suppliers ship from Chile to Russia
Chilean suppliers ship wine, fresh fruit such as cherries, grapes and apples, salmon and other seafood, and copper products. Fruit needs phytosanitary certificates; salmon needs veterinary certificates from a plant eligible to supply Russia; wine can be imported only by a licensed importer with Russian excise stamps.
Export formalities
The Chilean export declaration is lodged at Valparaíso or the airport of dispatch, by your customs agent or arranged by us, and you keep a copy as proof of export. Veterinary or phytosanitary certificates are issued before loading. In Russia we clear the goods for your buyer, who pays import duty, VAT and, for wine, excise.

How long does shipping from Chile to Russia take?
Air freight is the fastest option, especially for cherries and fresh salmon. Sea freight from Valparaíso runs with transhipment. We confirm the expected time in the quote.
How can my Russian buyer pay me?
Your buyer can use our supplier-payment service: the Russian customer pays an agent under an agency agreement, and a partner company resident in the EU transfers the invoice amount to you by SWIFT, quoting your invoice number. Payments for sanctioned goods are not made.
Which documents do I need?
A commercial invoice with HS codes, prices and Incoterms, a packing list, the Chilean export declaration and, depending on the goods, phytosanitary or veterinary certificates or alcohol import documents.
Do you screen for sanctions?
Yes. We only carry goods not subject to EU, UK, Swiss or US sanctions. HS codes and all parties are screened before cargo is accepted.
