Shipping goods from Austria to Russia
Austria is landlocked, so cargo travels by road through the Czech Republic or Slovakia and Poland to our consolidation warehouse in Warsaw, one to two days from Vienna and Linz. We collect from your premises in Vienna, Linz, Graz, Salzburg or Innsbruck, lodge the export declaration with an agent in Vienna or Linz and send you the MRN and proof of exit, so the sale can be zero-rated for VAT.
Road groupage via Bratislava and Warsaw reaches Moscow in 5–7 days. For larger or less urgent consignments there is a sea option via Hamburg to St Petersburg in 12–16 days, and our southern corridor through Turkey and Iran is also available. Your Russian customer receives the goods cleared and delivered. We work B2B only, from 50 kg per shipment (air freight has no weight limit), with a minimum service fee of €200.

By road to Turkey, then via Iran and Azerbaijan to southern Russian border crossings or by ferry across the Caspian. For southern Russia, the Caucasus and the Volga region, and when northern borders are congested. From 40 days.
Dedicated truck (FTL)
A truck loaded at your premises anywhere in the EU and driven without intermediate warehouses: from €4,500 Warsaw → Moscow, from €6,200 from Slovenia, from €6,500 from Italy.
Air freight
From any country in 2–8 days door to door via Istanbul or Dubai, charged by volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg), no weight limit. Minimum service fee €200.

What suppliers ship from Austria to Russia
